This emulator project is a personal, totally hobby-driven effort developed entirely in C++. It is written completely from scratch without reusing or incorporating code from any existing emulator. While I have studied documentation, manuals, and publicly available technical resources, no source code from other projects has been integrated.

This work is not affiliated with Commodore or any other emulator teams. It is an independent initiative, built to explore the technical challenges of emulation and to share the journey with others who are interested in retro computing.

The project will be closed-source but free to use, with no commercial intent and
no distribution of copyrighted material. Users will need to provide their own legally obtained ROMs or BIOS files, as none will be/are included.

While the source code is not available, progress updates and technical notes are shared publicly.

I should also admit that the code is currently a bit of a mess. This is a hobby project, and like many personal experiments, it evolves through trial and error. I’m not ashamed to say that the structure is far from perfect (to be more specific...a chaos) but that’s part of the journey. Over time, I hope to refine it into something cleaner and more stable
